Delivery Timeframe

Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on your location. Delays may occur due to courier delays, weather, or high-demand periods — we'll notify you if your order is significantly delayed.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

Payment Options

• Prepaid (Online Payment): Available on all orders
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available, subject to the conditions below

COD Order Conditions

To reduce failed deliveries and keep COD sustainable for us, the following apply to Cash on Delivery orders:

• A partial advance payment is required to confirm any COD order. The remaining balance is collected at the time of delivery.
• COD orders may require phone number verification before dispatch
• We reserve the right to cancel or convert to prepaid any COD order that appears suspicious or unverifiable
• The advance payment is non-refundable if the order is refused at delivery without a valid reason (e.g. product visibly tampered/damaged in transit)
• Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay the remaining balance at the delivery address — refused COD orders may affect your ability to place future COD orders with us

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your delivery status.

Delivery Issues
